The staff was very accommodating .

Our room was not ready upon arrival, frustrating. We had to wait an additional hour and received no updates, despite leaving our number for notifications. The service felt disorganized and unprofessional, which ruined our first impression.

Delighted by my stay! The spacious room on the 22nd floor offered fine views, and was clean and well-equipped with a microwave and comfy bed. The complimentary breakfast featured attentive staff and a generous buffet. Plus, the convenient Starbucks on the ground floor was a great touch!

The power was out all night . No water! No one said why it was out. We should of gotten our money back or st least a discount for the inconvenience . Very dissatisfied .

My wife says that the cleaning could use some improvement. The towels weren't fresh, and we found some leftover trash in the room. An extra set of clean towels for families would be great for a more comfortable stay.
